orders

we currently accept american express, visa, mastercard, discover, afterpay, paypal, and visa- and american express-branded pre-paid gift cards. if using a pre-paid gift card, please ensure there are sufficient funds before attempting to place an order. at this time, we do not accept multiple forms of payment on a single order.

to check the status of your order, simply log into your kollektskincare.com account and select “order history” in the “my account” page. if you still have questions about your order, please send an email to hello@kollektskincare.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you asap.

orders process and ship very quickly. we will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at hello@kollektskincare.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

shipping

we strive to fulfill orders quickly as possible – orders are usually processed within 1 business day from when the order was placed. it typically can take 3-10 business days to arrive depending on the destination being shipped. please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order to avoid possible delays. while we will do all, we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, kollekt cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping caused by carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control. we do not ship on saturdays, sundays, or holidays.

standard shipping through usps within the contiguous US is $5.95. standard shipping through usps on orders of $50 or more is free (before applicable taxes & fees). expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee and will be listed at checkout. please note that expedited shipping options are available for monday through friday delivery, excluding holidays. if you prefer another shipping method other than our standard shipping, please reach out to us at hello@kollektskin.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you - additional fees will apply. *please note, orders over $200 require a signature confirmation at delivery.

any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. to ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

if your package shows a status of "delivered", please verify with the listed carrier to confirm that your package was indeed delivered. in the event if your package is missing, please notify us at hello@kollektskincare.com, with your order number and we will get back to you asap. we will do our best to assist you regarding your missing package. kollekt is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. under all circumstances the shipping carrier is responsible for any of all pieces that undergo delivery services. we will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages. all claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. once the carrier responds to your claim, we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with carrier. please note, filing a claim does not guarantee the carrier will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

returns & exchanges

if the product is unopened, we will happily exchange it for another kollekt product of equal value. in the case of exchanges, we recommend you place a new order for the replacement product and we will then issue a credit after the returned goods are received and processed. exchanged products will be charged a new shipping and handling fee and you may select the method of shipping at checkout. we regret that unless, a shipping error was made by kollektskincare.com, shipping fees are non-refundable, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when exchanging your items. only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. all kollektors, promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. the determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of kollektskincare.com examples of shipping errors include shipment of incorrect product or the product was unusable due to damage incurred during shipping.

we hope you love your kollekt products, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. if you are unsatisfied with your regularly priced purchase from kollektskin.com for any reason within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return the unused portion of your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping fees. while we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realize a product isn’t right for your skin, we will not accept returns for any items where more than a quarter of the product has been used. please note, all kollektors, gift cards and select merchandise purchased are final sale. only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All kollektors, promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. the determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only in the sole and absolute discretion of kollketskincare.com

i purchased a kit, can i return one of the items?

all kits must be returned in full to receive a refund or merchant credit.

if you received product as a gift and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser and shipped directly to you, you will receive a product credit for the value of your return, less original shipping fees. gifts may not be exchanged for a cash refund.

how long does it take to process a return?

please allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return. the inspection time frame may increase slightly during high volume times. following inspection, we’ll notify you as to whether or not the criteria for a full or partial refund have been met. please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account once it has been approved. 

what should I do if I receive the wrong product, damaged or defective?             +

if your package was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and contact us at hello@kollektskin.com asap. please provide a photo of the items, and we’ll make sure to make it right! if you think your product container may be defective, please note we use airless packaging systems to preserve our products. the pump most likely will need to be primed a few times to dispense the product. please contact us if you should have any issues.

all kollekt products have a shelf life of 3 years (1 year after opening) all skin care products have a pao, or period-after-opening date that is printed on the packaging. this information is a guideline to get the most out of your products and use them at their peak efficacy. if you turn kollekt bottles to the side, you will see a little open can with a number inside. this refers to the number of months in which we recommend using the product after opening.

never. kollekt is a cruelty-free brand. we never test products or ingredients on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct testing on our behalf. we love our furry friends too much.

our products do not contain any animal-derived ingredients, however kollekt is not certified vegan. If you are vegan, please consult the ingredient decks for animal-derived ingredients.

yes, most definitely. when it comes to using a new product or ingredient (especially those that are acidic like l-ascorbic (dyna c) and glycolic acid (the exfoliator)), start slowly and let your skin adjust. we use the required concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, so a little tingling is not a bad thing!

we like our products simple, clean, and effective. we don’t add fragrances or colorants.
