we hope you love your kollekt products, however, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out - on unopened products, you have 30 days of your original purchase date, for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping fees. while we understand that sometimes it takes a few tries to realize a product isn’t right for your skin, please be mindful we are a small business. please note, that all kollektors, and select merchandise purchased are final sale. only regularly priced products may be returned for refund or exchange. All kollektors, promotional, sale or discontinued items are final sales and cannot be returned. the determination about whether an item is eligible for return is made only at the sole and absolute discretion of kollket.
